GeForce NOW announced a comprehensive fall expansion at Gamescom featuring enhanced gaming technology and wider platform accessibility. The service is introducing new NVIDIA DLSS 4.5 controls in the cloud for Ultimate members, allowing fine-tuned control over gameplay through three key features: DLSS Super Resolution for sharper image quality, Dynamic Frame Generation for reduced latency and smoother streaming, and Ray Reconstruction for enhanced ray-traced visuals. These tools enable players to balance image quality and responsiveness without requiring latest hardware.

Platform expansion includes new support for Steam Machine with Steam Controller later this fall, followed by Windows and macOS versions, building on existing Steam Deck compatibility. GOG single sign-on functionality now allows members to link their account once and automatically sync supported games, eliminating repeated logins. Firefox browser support extends GeForce NOW across all major Windows browsers, with Ultimate members able to stream at up to 1440p and 120 frames per second. Amazon Fire TV support is expanding to include the Fire TV Stick 4K Select, and later this year Fire TV users will be able to purchase GeForce NOW memberships directly through Amazon.

Five new games are launching on the platform: CONTROL Resonant, where players harness Dylan Faden's powers in a warped Manhattan; Gears of War: E-Day, an origin story set fourteen years before the original game; Onimusha: Way of the Sword, featuring combat across Edo-period Kyoto; The Blood of Dawnwalker, set in fourteenth-century Europe during plague and vampire upheaval; and STAR WARS Zero Company, a single-player tactical game set during the Clone Wars. For a limited time through September 27, members purchasing a 12-month GeForce NOW Ultimate membership receive CONTROL Resonant at launch at no additional cost. Ultimate members accessing the full lineup enjoy GeForce RTX 5080-class performance with NVIDIA DLSS 4, ray tracing, NVIDIA Reflex and Cinematic Quality Streaming at up to 5K high dynamic range on supported devices.

GeForce NOW is also running a community giveaway with more than 40 prizes, including gaming hardware such as a MacBook Neo, Steam Deck and Chromebook paired with one-year Ultimate memberships, plus Amazon Fire TV Sticks and additional membership offerings.
