SK 그룹과 엔비디아가 AI 팩토리 인프라 및 차세대 메모리(HBM)에 걸친 확대된 전략적 파트너십을 발표하며 지역 리더 통합을 심화하고 있습니다.

SK Group and NVIDIA have announced a comprehensive partnership valued at over $500 billion to establish AI infrastructure meeting global compute demand. The companies signed letters of intent to formalize the agreement, which spans AI factory construction and AI memory supply.

SK Telecom plans to build a 2-gigawatt-scale AI Cloud in Korea, scheduled to come online in 2027. The facility will be based on the NVIDIA DSX full-stack AI factory architecture, deploying NVIDIA Vera Rubin accelerated computing powered by SK hynix HBM4 memory. The DSX platform integrates NVIDIA accelerated computing, systems, software and partner technologies to deliver the lowest token cost at maximum energy efficiency.

The partnership accelerates adoption of NVIDIA-powered AI infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region, helping SK Telecom invest in and expand large-scale AI infrastructure while making capital-intensive AI services accessible to a broader range of customers. The initiative targets sovereign, physical, agentic and enterprise AI services to address increasing AI demand across South Korea and the region.

In parallel, SK hynix is establishing a long-term AI memory partnership with NVIDIA, codeveloping and optimizing next-generation AI memory solutions including HBM to meet evolving infrastructure demands ranging from large language model training to agentic and physical AI applications. The agreement secures stable supply of next-generation memory for NVIDIA while enabling SK hynix to expand its growth foundation.
