Japanese chiplet specialist EdgeCortix has unveiled RAIDEN, a scalable energy-efficient AI chiplet platform designed for physical AI and robotics workloads.
RAIDEN chiplets offer an alternative to monolithic GPUs for edge/robotics deployment; EdgeCortix targets the emerging physical AI market where hyperscalers' training clusters don't directly apply.
