Shareholders approved the name change via special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting on August 21, 2026, and directors formally authorized the change on August 26, 2026. The company has applied to the Registrar of Companies of the Cayman Islands to finalize the registration.
Beginning with market open on September 4, 2026, the company’s Class A ordinary shares will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new name SANGRIX INC. and the new ticker symbol SRGX. The CUSIP number will remain unchanged, and existing shareholders are not required to take any action regarding the name or symbol update.
The SANGRIX brand reflects the company’s strategic transition toward AI computing infrastructure and its goal of building a corporate platform around advanced computing and digital infrastructure services. The company continues to advance its previously announced transaction for sixteen NVIDIA Blackwell B300 AI servers.
