importance 75A major data centre development in Glendenning, western Sydney, has received approval. Situated at 2 Glendenning Road, the Glendenning Road Data Centre will replace three existing warehouses on a 10.4-hectare site. The project consists of three five-storey buildings encompassing 50,233 square metres of gross floor area.
The facility carries an estimated electrical maximum demand of approximately 235 MW and a projected development cost of AUD 2.17 billion.
Although the project has been reported as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) development, the formal application identifies Le
