Gorilla Technology Group (GRRR) shares surged nearly 10% on Tuesday following the announcement of a significant data center infrastructure agreement, marking the company's biggest single-day gain in nearly two months. The stock is tracking toward a fourth consecutive session of gains.

Gorilla secured a data center capacity agreement with Indonesia-based NeutraDC, initially allocating approximately 5.5 megawatts of data center capacity, with plans to expand to nearly 18 MW by November 2026. The fully scaled deployment could generate more than $2 billion in revenue over a five-year period based on current AI computing market rates. The initial capacity has already been provisioned and scheduled for deployment, while additional capacity will roll out in phases as infrastructure development progresses.

Under the agreement, Gorilla plans to deploy advanced GPU infrastructure at NeutraDC's facilities to support enterprise, government, and large-scale artificial intelligence applications across the region.

This deal represents Gorilla's third major data center infrastructure agreement in Asia within the past month. In late April, the company expanded its partnership with Yotta Data Services in a transaction valued at approximately $2.8 billion, accelerating its expansion into India's growing AI infrastructure market. The Yotta agreement adds 20,736 Nvidia B300 GPU cards to an earlier deployment of 640 AI servers and over 5,000 GPUs, with deliveries expected by September 2026.

Earlier this month, Gorilla secured land in Thailand to construct a 200 MW facility designed for high-density GPU deployments serving governments and enterprises. Construction is scheduled to commence in July 2026, with the project anticipated to generate up to $1.5 billion in annual revenue starting in 2028.

Retail investor sentiment for GRRR on Stocktwits has shifted to bullish from bearish. Some users project the stock could exceed $100 by 2027 given its revenue potential, though the stock currently trades around $16. Other investors have characterized the current price level as a "seller's zone." GRRR shares have appreciated more than 45% year-to-date.
