Sparsa AI, a Singapore-based enterprise AI company, today announced the launch of its Enterprise Operating System at LEAP East in Hong Kong. The platform is designed as a full-stack agentic system that operates as a governed layer across enterprise infrastructure, orchestrating AI agents across existing systems, data and AI models. By being deployed within each customer's own environment, the EOS enables organisations to retain complete control over their data, AI models and intellectual property. All AI agent actions are governed and fully auditable, with the platform remaining model-flexible to avoid vendor lock-in.

At QNET, the EOS powers the company's customer support solution, including its long-standing digital assistant Lisa AI. Lisa AI supports customers and Independent Distributors by managing enquiries and self-service requests across QNET's regional websites in multiple languages, with seamless handover to human agents when needed. QNET is expanding the deployment to enable unified engagement across both synchronous and asynchronous channels on a single AI platform.
