Hyperscale Data, Inc., an artificial intelligence data center company traded on NYSE American under the ticker GPUS, announced on July 15, 2026, that it expects to enter into an agreement within the coming weeks to provide AI compute and neocloud services to a California-based AI company. The company has a high degree of confidence that a definitive agreement will be executed and intends to release additional details regarding the customer, contract terms, scope of services and deployment schedule in the coming weeks.
The anticipated agreement represents an important step in Hyperscale Data's strategy to expand beyond traditional data center hosting and develop a vertically integrated AI infrastructure and neocloud services platform. This announcement follows the company's June 2026 announcement of a 10-year master services agreement with a California-based neocloud provider valued at approximately 1.2 billion dollars, with expansion options that could increase the total potential contract value to more than 3.0 billion dollars.
Will Horne, Chief Executive Officer of Hyperscale Data, stated that while the anticipated agreement is not expected to be comparable in size to the recently announced master services agreement, it is strategically significant because Hyperscale Data expects to provide the neocloud services directly. According to Horne, this represents an important evolution of the company's business model as it moves beyond providing data center capacity to begin delivering integrated AI compute, infrastructure and neocloud services. He added that the prospective customer is headquartered in California and maintains operations around the world, and that the opportunity demonstrates the quality of customers engaging with Hyperscale Data and the growing demand for secure, scalable infrastructure supporting frontier AI models and applications.
The anticipated services are expected to include access to advanced computing infrastructure, AI data center capacity and related neocloud capabilities. The company expects to provide further information after definitive agreements have been completed. Although Hyperscale Data has a high degree of confidence that the agreements will be executed, there can be no assurance that definitive agreements will be entered into within the anticipated timeframe, or at all, or that any agreement will generate a particular amount of revenue.
