Oracle's most consequential anchor is its relationship with OpenAI: the Stargate initiative, which Oracle co-founded alongside SoftBank and OpenAI, reportedly involves infrastructure commitments in the hundreds of billions of dollars, though analysts at Benzinga and others have raised questions about the financial structure and execution risk in arrangements of that magnitude.
