Bloom Energy (NYSE:BE) has announced a new agreement with NTT DATA to deploy 900 megawatts of onsite fuel cell power for global data centers. Bloom Energy describes the NTT DATA partnership as its largest international agreement to date for data center projects.

The deal is aimed at supplying power to NTT DATA data centers that support AI-related workloads and at addressing grid and sustainability constraints. Bloom Energy designs and installs solid oxide fuel cell systems for onsite power generation, placing the company within the electrical equipment industry segment that supplies alternative power for energy-intensive data centers. For investors tracking AI infrastructure, the agreement shows how Bloom Energy is pursuing larger international roles in powering demanding digital workloads with fuel cell projects.

The NTT DATA agreement supports the thesis that Bloom Energy can convert AI power demand into long-term system and service volume, following earlier wins with Oracle and Google.
