Nvidia stock is poised for significant gains as global data centers prepare to deploy the Vera Rubin GPU, with shipments beginning this fall. Indian data center operator Yotta Services will be among the first to scale deployments, having procured 40,000 of the advanced GPUs from the American chipmaker.

Yotta's existing facility in Noida, powered by 120 megawatts of capacity, will undergo a $12 billion expansion as part of a broader infrastructure buildout. The company plans to establish a second major hub in Navi Mumbai with an 80-megawatt data center, which will house another 40,000 Vera Rubin GB300 chips. Additionally, Yotta is under construction on a D4 data center at its Greater Noida campus, designed as a 120-megawatt facility that will accommodate 40,000 Vera Rubin chips.

CEO Sunil Gupta confirmed the expansion roadmap to MoneyControl: "We are fitting out our next data centre in Mumbai, NM2, which is an 80-megawatt data centre. We are planning to put around 40,000 NVIDIA GB300 chips in it. We are also starting construction of our D4 data centre in the Greater Noida campus that will be a 120 MW data centre. That building will have 40,000 Vera Rubin chips."

Nvidia stands to see a surge in sales as data center deployments accelerate globally. While Yotta's orders represent a significant single customer, numerous facilities worldwide are gearing up for Vera Rubin adoption. NVDA opened Friday's session at $218 and has been trading sideways, though the stock could rally sharply once shipments commence. The broader AI sector is poised to benefit from faster performance across data center infrastructure, with Nvidia positioned at the top of the supply chain on which the industry depends.
