Brazilian dedicated server and private cloud provider Eveo is launching a new data center in Recife, located in the state of Pernambuco. The facility is expected to open soon and aims to meet Tier III standards. Specific location and technical specifications have not yet been disclosed.

Eveo has operated a data center in Fortaleza since 2024. The expansion into Recife addresses high demand across Brazil’s Northeast, a region that currently lacks sufficient local infrastructure. According to the company, the approximately 800-kilometer (ten-hour drive) distance between Recife and Fortaleza makes it impractical to serve the entire region from a single location, particularly for latency-sensitive applications.

Beyond its Northeastern operations, Eveo maintains facilities in Cotia and Osasco (São Paulo) and Curitiba. The company also holds capacity at a data center in Miami, Florida.
