Axe Compute receives $184+ million in customer prepayments before delivery of infrastructure.

Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU) received more than $184 million in customer prepayments and signed over $266 million in new AI infrastructure contracts since reporting second-quarter results on August 17, 2026.

The prepayments, drawn from both newly signed agreements and existing contracts, represent capital committed ahead of delivery. This reflects surging demand and momentum as Axe Compute turns contracted commitments into revenue.

The $266 million in new contracts is incremental to previously disclosed agreements, bringing the total value of contracts signed over the past seven months to more than $3.45 billion. The new agreements have terms of up to 60 months and include Grace Blackwell 300-class hardware, accompanied by CPU nodes to run orchestration, Kubernetes, Slurm and other control functions, as well as high-speed storage and dedicated network connectivity to support high-speed inferencing and mission-critical applications. These GB300 clusters support clients building AI cloud platforms and running inference, fine-tuning, and other production AI workloads.
