HIVE Blockchain Technologies는 암호화폐 채굴과 AI 클라우드 인프라 서비스 양쪽의 성장에 힘입어 일일 수익 100만 달러를 돌파했다.
HIVE Digital Technologies (Nasdaq: HIVE), a Canada-based Bitcoin miner and data center operator trading on both the Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange, announced it has exceeded $1 million in daily revenue, a milestone achieved on August 21. This represents the first time the company has reached this level combining income from Bitcoin mining and GPU cloud services.
According to preliminary, unaudited management estimates, HIVE's achievement reflects two distinct revenue streams operating simultaneously. The company has produced an average of approximately 12 Bitcoin per day since that date, equivalent to roughly 2% of global Bitcoin network production. Bitcoin mining accounts for the bulk of daily revenue, generated through processing transactions on the Bitcoin network and receiving newly minted coins as reward.
The second revenue engine is BUZZ HPC, HIVE's wholly owned subsidiary providing sovereign AI cloud and high-performance computing services. This division has generated approximately $100,000 in average daily revenue over the same period, establishing a separate, recurring revenue stream by selling GPU-powered computing infrastructure to enterprise, government and research clients under long-term contracts. Year to date, BUZZ HPC has closed more than $600 million in total contract value for GPU cloud deals, including three- and five-year agreements with creditworthy counterparties, with a demand pipeline exceeding $1 billion.
Reflecting its strategic priorities, HIVE announced plans to wind down Bitcoin mining operations at its Swedish facilities, which represented less than 5% of global daily revenue during August. The company is evaluating opportunities to repurpose that infrastructure for higher-value HPC and AI applications. This shift illustrates how HIVE is reallocating energy resources: while mining remains the larger revenue contributor today, contracted AI cloud revenue is increasingly the focus of the company's long-term growth strategy.
