MIS is building a 250MW AI data center for HUMAIN in Saudi Arabia in a $2.33 billion project.

Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) will design and build a 250MW AI data center complex for HUMAIN across Saudi Arabia under an expanded agreement signed September 19, 2026. The project represents a fivefold increase from the original 50MW scope, with MIS contracted to add 200MW of additional capacity.

The agreement value exceeds 689% of MIS's 2025 reported revenue of approximately SAR1.27 billion, indicating a total value exceeding SAR8.77 billion, or approximately $2.33 billion at current rates. The companies have not disclosed a fixed contract price; the $2.33 billion figure is an implied value derived from MIS's 2025 financial results and should not be treated as a separately announced lump-sum contract amount.

MIS will execute the work through sequential work orders issued by HUMAIN, each establishing value, execution period and financial impact for individual packages. An award letter received August 25, 2026 increased the project scope from 50MW to 250MW. The expanded agreement replaces a contract announced March 5, 2026 covering the original scope, though that replacement does not affect previously disclosed work, progress or financial impact. Financial recognition will follow sequentially as work orders are issued rather than being recognized immediately.

The 250MW facility will focus on AI training and inference using leading-edge graphics processing units, serving HUMAIN's local, regional and international customers. The development forms part of Saudi Arabia's broader effort to expand computing infrastructure for artificial intelligence. HUMAIN and the National Infrastructure Fund previously announced financing terms for up to 250MW as part of a January framework outlining up to $1.2 billion for AI and digital infrastructure projects.

The project fits within a significant hyperscale pipeline across the Kingdom, which includes the planned NEOM and DataVolt 1.5GW AI data center in Oxagon. For MIS, the agreement strengthens its position in Saudi Arabia's expanding digital infrastructure construction market, though specific construction schedules, timelines and individual package values remain dependent on future work orders from HUMAIN. The phased implementation will address specialized requirements in electrical systems, cooling infrastructure, networking and building construction.
