Bloomberg reports that CoreWeave's credit risk has hit a record, with pricing implying a 60% probability of default.

A measure of CoreWeave Inc.'s credit risk climbed to an all-time high on Thursday as some of its high-yield bonds extended declines, rattled by the AI cloud-computing company's talk of tapping vast pools of capital from insurers.

The cost of protecting CoreWeave's debt against default for five years rose by as much as 74.5 basis points to 1194.5 basis points, according to ICE Data Services. That is the highest intraday level on record, with swaps pricing in a more than 60% chance of default within the next five years.
