importance 70The Department of Environmental Protection announced in the September 26 PA Bulletin that the Indiana County Conservation District issued two PAG-02 Stormwater General Permits (PAC320065 and PAC320066) to Homer City Generation LP for the A.I. Data Center/Power Plant Complex in Center and Blacklick Townships, Indiana County.

Anyone aggrieved by this action has 30 days from this notice to file an appeal with the Environmental Hearing Board.
