Blue Cloud Softech secures a U.S.$15.5 million AI infrastructure equipment order from IBM Cloud.

Global Impx Inc., a US subsidiary of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions, has secured a $15.5 million order from IBM Cloud Inc. to design, deploy, and support an AI infrastructure environment for model development, training, and inference. Work has already commenced in New Jersey, US.

Under a Master Services Agreement, the engagement encompasses assessing existing infrastructure, designing architecture, and deploying GPU compute clusters, high-performance storage, and networking. The project also includes setting up AI/ML platforms and Kubernetes-based orchestration.

Security and operational capabilities are integral to the deliverables, covering identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery. Global Impx will conduct performance testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer before production handover, followed by a stabilisation and support period.

Service level agreements target a minimum of 99.5 per cent infrastructure and GPU availability, with critical alerts addressed within 15 minutes and critical incidents within 30 minutes. The $15.5 million fixed fee will be disbursed against five project milestones.
