Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU), headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, announced on August 18, 2026, that it has received over $317 million in customer prepayments under more than $3 billion in artificial intelligence infrastructure contracts originally announced on July 27, 2026. These agreements are structured as five-year commitments with extension options and represent a major expansion of the company’s design-deploy-own-operate framework into new markets. The upfront capital significantly reduces the need for external financing, fast-tracking the conversion of signed deals into funded, revenue-generating assets. Revenue recognition for these deployments is projected to begin in late Q4 2026, with an expected annualized run rate exceeding $696 million once fully operational.

Through the Axe Compute Build model, clients receive integrated, dedicated AI infrastructure tailored to specific hardware, geographic, and deployment requirements without assuming hardware ownership or operational responsibilities. Axe Compute retains full ownership of the GPU infrastructure, creating scalable, cash-generating assets aligned with rising global AI demand. "The receipt of customer prepayments is an important milestone in converting signed contracts into funded deployments," said Christopher Miglino, Chief Executive Officer of Axe Compute. "It strengthens revenue visibility, supports disciplined execution of our long-term Build strategy, and reinforces our ability to expand dedicated AI infrastructure globally." The company plans to provide ongoing milestone updates regarding funding, hardware orders, site readiness, customer acceptance, and revenue commencement.

Axe Compute operates as a neocloud AI infrastructure platform offering two primary services: Axe Compute Access, which provides access to high-performance GPUs across global locations, and Axe Compute Build, which manages the end-to-end design, deployment, ownership, and operation of large-scale dedicated facilities. All solutions are backed by enterprise-grade service level agreements and operational expertise. The release contains standard forward-looking statements subject to risks such as construction delays, permitting, power availability, supply chain constraints, and customer acceptance, with actual results potentially differing materially from projections. Additional context notes recent partnerships securing 55 MW of U.S. AI data center capacity alongside Duos, and highlights second quarter 2026 financial results showing revenue growth exceeding 90x alongside the projected $696M+ expected annual recurring revenue at deployment.
