**Bee Assistant: Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Signs Computing Power Contracts**
36kr has learned that Bee Assistant announced its wholly-owned subsidiary Ya'an Cloud Computing has signed a computing power server procurement agreement with Company A and a computing power services contract with Company B. Under the agreement with Company A, Company A will provide computing power servers and network equipment to Ya'an Cloud Computing according to specifications, with a total contract value of 3.062 billion yuan (including taxes).
Under the contract with Company B, Ya'an Cloud Computing will provide computing power services to Company B, including server hardware, supporting cabinets, storage resources, network services, and associated computing power resource services, as well as corresponding technical support services to ensure Company B can smoothly utilize the computing power offerings. The total contract value is 4.608 billion yuan (including taxes), with cooperation running from August 5, 2026 through August 4, 2031. If the computing power service project succeeds, it is projected to generate annual net profit of 60 to 72 million yuan.

The Series E fundraising effort remains ongoing overall.
According to reports, Series E proceeds will focus on four core areas: Hyperbolic-3 reusable launch vehicle research and mass production, Focus II liquid oxygen-methane engine production capacity construction, launch and maritime recovery infrastructure, and heavy-lift launch vehicle technical research.
