importance 76Meta reported strong earnings for the second quarter with revenue of $60.8 billion. However, net income declined 14% year-over-year to $15.8 billion, and diluted earnings per share fell 13% to $6.18.
Looking ahead, the company raised its capital expenditure guidance for 2026 to a range of $130 billion to $145 billion, up from its previous outlook of $125 billion to $145 billion.
On cash flow, Meta generated $31.86 billion from operating activities and $784 million in free cash flow.
