IREN reported full-year FY26 results showing total revenue of $707 million, up 41% from $501 million in FY25. AI Cloud Services revenue surged eightfold to $128.8 million, underscoring accelerating demand for the company's infrastructure offerings.

The company posted a net loss of $702.6 million for the period, primarily driven by $638.8 million in non-cash impairments. Despite the reported loss, IREN achieved contracted annualized run-rate revenue for 2026 capacity of $4 billion, reflecting strong customer commitments.

Operationally, IREN delivered its first 50MW liquid-cooled deployment to Microsoft at its Childress site, advancing its data center capabilities for large-scale AI workloads. The company also secured $6.4 billion in total new GPU financing facilities, supporting its infrastructure expansion and customer deployments.

IREN completed acquisitions of software and services firms Mirantis and Nostrum, broadening its portfolio of software-defined infrastructure and cloud platform solutions.
