On July 14, 2026, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”)
announced the results of its capacity auction for the 2028-2029 delivery year. The total cleared power plant generation capacity of NRG
Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) in PJM was 6,839 MW at an average clearing price of $325 per MW-day.
