TeraWulf announced Q2 2026 revenue of $44.8 million, driven largely by HPC lease revenue. The company increased its operational data center capacity to 102 MW at Lake Mariner, with 336 MW currently under construction.
The company expanded its power-backed infrastructure in Kentucky by acquiring the Muskie Data Campus and signing a 20-year lease with Anthropic for 401 MW. This lease is expected to generate approximately $19 billion in contracted revenue.
TeraWulf also agreed to sell its interest in the Abernathy Joint Venture for $530 million and received regulatory approval for acquiring the Morgantown generating station. These developments support the company's future growth and position it to scale its high-performance computing infrastructure aligned with growing AI demand while maintaining strong liquidity for development.
