Data Canopy, a hosted services integrator and provider offering colocation, cloud, connectivity, storage, and security under one roof, announced on July 25, 2018, its expansion into three new markets: Chicago, Illinois; New York/New Jersey; and Phoenix, Arizona. These three new Tier III enhanced facilities are now part of the Data Canopy data center portfolio, bringing the total number of facilities to 11 and significantly extending the reach of its services to partners and clients across the country.

"Adding these new markets to our suite of solutions enables us to provide greater flexibility, pricing and stronger connectivity for organizations across the country," commented Data Canopy CEO Ryan Barbera. "Each of these facilities is Tier III enhanced with multiple connectivity options, including low-cost, direct connection to hyperscale providers."

Each data center is carrier neutral and built to Tier III enhanced standards featuring a minimum N+2 power redundancy, physical and biometric security, and state-of-the-art amenities. All facilities meet SSAE 18, PCI, FISMA, and other compliance requirements in keeping with Data Canopy's high standards.

Barbera elaborated on the expansion's broader implications: "The expansion into these new markets enables Data Canopy to not only offer new locations for colocation and hosting, but also to extend our private and public cloud, hyperscaler integration, storage, and cyber security solutions. Our partners and clients in these new markets will gain a full breadth of infrastructure services under one vendor." Data Canopy delivers economies of scale gained from its data center network across the country to keep clients' costs low while optimizing performance and security, offering custom-fit solutions that support data and business needs both now and as organizations grow.
