Nvidia announced a $500 billion financing program in partnership with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, and KKR to secure capital for Nvidia customers' infrastructure purchases.

This mega financing program removes capital constraints for GPU cloud buildout, enabling customers to finance chip purchases and data center capex directly, fundamentally reshaping AI infrastructure financing.

Nvidia has established strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, and KKR to launch independent compute financing platforms. Through these collaborations, the company aims to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital to fund the expansion of AI infrastructure.

Nvidia has signed memorandums of understanding with each financial institution to formalize the partnerships, which are designed to create “dedicated pools of capital at significant scale at attractive rates for Nvidia customers.” The initiative seeks to “establish the first compute financing platforms of their kind at global scale.” These funds will support AI infrastructure development across Nvidia’s broader ecosystem, including frontier AI laboratories, enterprise clients, and AI cloud providers. The partnerships remain contingent upon the execution of definitive agreements.

“Nvidia has reached an important milestone. We began by building chips; today, we are helping create a new class of productive, investable infrastructure: AI factories,” said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia. “These financing platforms will help customers access scarce compute at scale and build the DSX AI factories that will power every industry and country in the age of AI.”

Jim Zelter, president of Apollo, added: “The combination of Nvidia’s proprietary technology ecosystem and Apollo’s flexible, long-term capital base provides a strong foundation to support the next stage of the AI buildout as part of the broader Global Industrial Renaissance.”
