On August 4th, AMD released its financial results for the second quarter ended 2026. The company achieved total quarterly revenue of $11.536 billion, up 50% year-over-year, marking a new single-quarter revenue record. Under GAAP standards, net profit reached $2.297 billion, up 163% year-over-year, with diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.38. Under Non-GAAP standards, net profit was $2.760 billion, up 253% year-over-year, with earnings per share of $1.66, exceeding analyst expectations. The data center business emerged as the absolute core growth driver, with Q2 revenue reaching $6.72 billion, surging 107% year-over-year and accounting for 58% of total company revenue.
