Under the deal, Sharon AI will implement the Rafay platform as a centralized orchestration and operations layer across its growing AI Factory environments. This integration standardizes how accelerated computing infrastructure is provisioned, governed, monitored, and delivered to customers across various locations, tenants, and workloads. The partnership formalizes a shift from isolated cluster deployments to a unified operating framework designed to support Sharon AI’s expansion throughout the Asia-Pacific region and internationally.
The Rafay platform delivers automation, observability, governance, and secure multi-tenancy features necessary to operate advanced AI infrastructure at scale. It enables Sharon AI to manage compute capacity efficiently, accommodate diverse customer workload demands, and provide reliable access for building, training, and running AI applications. The system functions as a centralized control plane that sits above physical infrastructure, offering lifecycle management, workload orchestration, monitoring, and support for both Kubernetes and virtual machine environments through a single interface. By abstracting the complexities of procurement, deployment, and management, the architecture allows Sharon AI to deliver AI capabilities directly to customers without requiring them to own or maintain underlying hardware. Over the five-year term, the established architecture is designed to support the orchestration of up to 150,000 GPUs, signaling Sharon AI’s intent to scale platform components for larger GPU deployments in the future.
