중요도 90NextDC investors are bracing for a takeover battle that would value the data centre operator at more than $7 billion after Australian property developer Goodman Group and its New York-listed partner, Digital Realty Trust, raided the company's shares. Goodman and Digital Realty acquired just under 8 per cent of the embattled data centre landlord in a buying spree on Wednesday afternoon, making them NextDC's biggest combined shareholder.
