TeraWulf, Google의 신용 지원을 확보해 켄터키주에 데이터센터 캠퍼스를 개발한다.
TeraWulf said Google has agreed to provide credit support to help secure debt financing for its Justified data center campus in Hawesville, Kentucky, where the company has $19 billion in contracted lease commitments with Anthropic.
TeraWulf also signed a definitive engineering, procurement and construction agreement with Fluor to develop the campus. The agreements provide financing support and construction capacity as the company advances the project.
The $19 billion represents contracted lease commitments, rather than the amount of Google's credit support or the proposed debt financing. Those amounts were not specified in the announcement.
"Google's credit support strengthens our ability to secure competitive project financing, while Fluor's engineering and construction capabilities expand our capacity to execute at scale," said TeraWulf CEO Paul Prager.
The company said the arrangements support its strategy of converting long-term contracted demand into recurring cash flow.
