Dtonic partners with Presight (G42 affiliate) to target global AI-city deployments, combining edge infrastructure and cloud-AI services across emerging markets.

Dtonic, an AI platform company, announced on Monday a strategic partnership with Presight, a subsidiary of UAE AI technology group G42, to expand into global AI city and smart nation markets.

Under the agreement, the companies will integrate Dtonic technology into Presight's existing projects and jointly pursue new business opportunities. The UAE will serve as a key base for expanding current initiatives and launching new joint ventures, while both companies plan to broaden cooperation across fast-growing markets including Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia, and Africa.

Dtonic is an AI OS company that connects city and corporate data, knowledge, and systems to enable intelligent operations. Its flagship platform, D.Hub, integrates large-scale data and uses ontology to structure field expertise and work context, enabling AI to understand and apply them.

Presight is an applied AI company and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange-listed entity where G42 holds a majority stake. It has executed multi-year national-level AI and digital transformation projects across the UAE, Kazakhstan, Albania, Jordan, Montenegro, and several African countries, working with government bodies and major institutions.
