Nvidia, the largest maker of artificial intelligence processors, has agreed to acquire the stake at 90% of the IPO price, according to a regulatory filing disclosed Monday on Bloomberg Terminal. The chipmaker is acquiring new N class nonvoting shares through a private placement, bringing Nvidia's total investment in SB Energy to $3 billion.
