On November 2, 2026, Michael Hurlston notified Astera Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and any committees thereof, effective November 3, 2026. There were no disagreements between Mr. Hurlston and the Company, and his resignation was not related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
