CleanCore Solutions has secured a 10-year colocation agreement with AI compute company Cerebras for a Minnesota data cen

CleanCore Solutions, Inc. announced on July 29, 2026 that it has entered into a 10-year Colocation Services Agreement with Cerebras Systems for a data center campus in Minnesota. Cerebras is a leading AI compute company focused on building AI infrastructure. This agreement follows CleanCore's recently announced West Texas data center campus and accelerates the company's strategy of developing critical AI infrastructure across the United States.

The Minnesota campus will be designed to Tier 3 standards with 100 percent pre-leased occupancy under the long-term Cerebras agreement, providing revenue visibility from the start of operations. The project is expected to generate approximately $800 million in contract value over the initial 10-year term, with the potential to exceed $3 billion when including renewal terms.

The campus will deliver approximately 55 megawatts of utility power capacity and 40 megawatts of critical IT load upon full buildout. Approximately 20 megawatts of utility power is already energized, which the company believes reduces development risks and supports an initial 15 megawatts of critical IT load. The remaining capacity is expected to come online by the first quarter of 2027.

CEO Tyler Hassen stated, "This second development marks an important milestone in advancing our portfolio of critical digital infrastructure to secure compute capacity for Cerebras and other premier AI companies. Building on our previously announced project in West Texas, this Minnesota campus expands ZONE's infrastructure footprint to meet the urgent power needs of customers."

The facility will be developed in partnership with an experienced data center development partner whose integrated platform combines colocation services, energy optimization, and infrastructure advisory. Through this partnership, CleanCore expects to own nearly eighty percent of the project, which is expected to start generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027. Chairman Alex Spiro added, "In an economy driven by AI, ZONE will help provide the fuel to drive it further."
