Bloom Energy scheduled its third-quarter results as AI power demand draws attention.
Bloom Energy will release its third-quarter 2026 financial results on October 22 after market close. The San Jose-based company is expanding its role supplying onsite power systems for AI-driven data centers, according to a company announcement reported by StockTitan.
The company reported strong recent growth. According to Seeking Alpha, second-quarter product revenue reached $935 million, up 215% year over year, and total revenue exceeded $1 billion for the first time in company history.
Bloom Energy sells solid oxide fuel cell systems that generate electricity at customer sites. This allows data centers and other facilities to reduce their reliance on traditional grid connections, according to Yahoo Finance.
In its reported financial results, the company said revenue increased from $401 million in the second quarter of 2025 to $1.07 billion in the second quarter of 2026, with year-over-year growth of 166%, according to The Globe and Mail.
Bloom Energy raised its 2026 revenue outlook twice during the first half of the year. The Globe and Mail reported that guidance first increased from $3.1 billion to $3.3 billion, then moved to a range of $3.9 billion to $4.2 billion.
Seeking Alpha reported that Bloom Energy expanded its product gross margin to 37.2% in the second quarter. The report also noted that Brookfield increased its financing framework with Bloom from $5 billion to $25 billion.
The company's growth has also raised concentration concerns. Yahoo Finance reported that about 73% of second-quarter revenue came from a single buyer, which could affect growth stability if orders from that customer slow.
Bloom Energy has several projects and partnerships connected to AI infrastructure, including work involving Equinix, Oracle, Nebius, Brookfield Asset Management, and miTAC Computing, according to Yahoo Finance.
Bloom Energy will host a conference call on October 22 at 2 p.m. Pacific Time (5 p.m. Eastern Time) to discuss its third-quarter results, according to the company announcement reported by StockTitan.
