Ferguson Enterprises LLC, a Virginia-based construction company, has filed a lien against MZX Tech LLC, a SpaceX subsidiary, claiming it is owed $4.2 million for work performed at the Colossus 2 data center in Whitehaven on Tulane Road. The company provided pipes, pipe valves, and fittings for the project.

This marks the ninth construction company to file a lien against one of Elon Musk's data centers, alleging non-payment for contracted work.
