To own Bitdeer, you likely need to believe it can evolve from a volatile Bitcoin miner into a diversified, AI-focused infrastructure and compute provider. The 16-year, US$4.70 billion Tydal contract directly supports that shift, spotlighting AI data centers as a near-term catalyst while also enlarging the biggest risk: heavy upfront capital needs and financing demands for a company that remains unprofitable with less than a year of cash runway.

The recent auditor change from MaloneBailey to Deloitte & Touche LLP stands out against this backdrop. For a business taking on multi-decade AI and data center contracts, the choice of auditor matters to investors tracking complex financing, long-term lease accounting, and historical earnings volatility. Robust external oversight may become increasingly important as Bitdeer layers large, contracted AI revenues onto an already capital-intensive mining and ASIC platform.

Bitdeer Technologies Group's narrative projects $1.9 billion in revenue and $229.7 million in earnings by 2029. This requires 36.9% yearly revenue growth and a $428.9 million earnings increase from the current negative $199.2 million. Such projections yield a $21.52 fair value estimate, representing 98% upside to the current price.

Some of the most cautious analysts already assume roughly US$1.8 billion in revenue and US$217 million in earnings by 2029. The Norway AI lease highlights how opinions diverge significantly on execution risk and financing pressure, warranting consideration of several viewpoints before forming an investment thesis. Fair value estimates range as low as $14.00, reflecting substantial disagreement on the company's prospects.

Bitdeer operates as a technology company focused on blockchain and high-performance computing across Singapore, the United States, Bhutan, Norway, Finland, Ethiopia, Canada, and internationally.
