Bitdeer AI, a subsidiary of Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR), has secured five-year offtake commitments for its 9.5MW A102 data center in Malaysia. The facility is now fully sold out ahead of its scheduled energization in the first quarter of 2027.

These long-term contracts are projected to generate more than $800 million in total revenue. Bitdeer AI structures the agreements to include customer prepayments covering over 50% of the project’s associated capital expenditure. Consequently, revenue and related costs for the A102 site will commence in Q1 2027, with no anticipated impact on the company’s 2026 fiscal year earnings.

Purpose-built for high-density workloads, the A102 facility features liquid cooling and is specifically configured for rack-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 deployments. It is designed to deliver both GPU cloud services and data hosting from a single integrated location.

Building on this foundation, Bitdeer AI aims to scale its infrastructure significantly, targeting a total AI Cloud capacity of 350MW by the first quarter of 2028.
