Cerebras Systems는 2027년 말까지 전용 AI 컴퓨팅 용량 200MW를 공급하기 위해 유럽 확장 계획을 가속화하고 있다.
PARIS, July 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cerebras Systems, maker of the fastest AI infrastructure, today announced a major expansion of its European footprint. The company will bring its first European data center capacity online by the end of 2026, with rapid deployment across France and the Nordics. Cerebras plans to scale total capacity to 200 MW by the end of 2027, with a portion dedicated to supporting OpenAI workloads under the companies’ existing partnership. By positioning its high-speed AI inference infrastructure closer to European users, the expansion will reduce latency and accelerate response times for increasingly complex AI workloads.
"We are contracting significant capacity for 2027, with data centers slated for Norway and Finland as we actively build across Europe," said CEO Andrew Feldman. "These deployments will enable us to move decisively on what our customers have been asking for: fast, high-performance AI compute located in Europe."
Demand for local, low-latency AI infrastructure has surged across European enterprises, research institutions, and governments seeking alternatives to compute capacity concentrated in the U.S. and Asia. As AI models grow more complex and interactive, Cerebras’ wafer-scale architecture is positioned to meet this regional demand directly, delivering industry-leading inference and training performance.
"Our customers don't just want AI compute. They want it close to home, powered responsibly, and available fast," Feldman added. "This expansion and capacity plan reflects our confidence in Europe as a long-term growth market for Cerebras."
Cerebras co-founder and CEO Andrew Feldman will take the stage at the RAISE Summit in Paris on July 9 at 12:40 PM CEST, joining Sachin Katti of OpenAI for a panel discussion. A live webcast and replay will be available via Cerebras’ Investor Relations website at https://investors.cerebras.ai/.
