Firmus Technologies is exploring a dual listing strategy, with plans for both a Nasdaq listing and an Australian sharemarket debut as the artificial intelligence infrastructure developer seeks to raise additional capital for its data centre expansion serving customers including Meta and OpenAI.

At a private investor briefing ahead of a planned float on October 23, Firmus chief financial officer Kirsty Godfrey-Billy indicated that a Nasdaq listing is "certainly something that we'd be thinking about doing" alongside its Australian IPO plans.
