Applied Digital (NASDAQ: APLD) announced it has achieved Ready for Service status for Phase 1 of Building 2 at its Polaris Forge 1 campus in Ellendale, North Dakota, delivering 75 MW of AI capacity to its customer on schedule.

The completion brings total live capacity at the campus to 175 MW. At full buildout, Polaris Forge 1 is contracted to deliver 400 MW of critical IT load under long-term lease agreements. The campus is fully leased.

This milestone follows the earlier on-time completion of the first 100 MW building at the same campus.

"Delivering this phase on time underscores the strength of our execution model," said Wes Cummins, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Digital. "Achieving this milestone required intense coordination across the field, construction, engineering, operations, procurement, development, and corporate teams."

Applied Digital has operated in Ellendale, North Dakota since 2021. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
