MiTAC Computing unveiled four liquid-cooled rack solutions and advanced server platforms at the World Artificial Intelli

MiTAC Computing Technology Corporation, a subsidiary of MiTAC Holdings Corporation (TWSE:3706), officially showcased its comprehensive server portfolio at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2026 in Shanghai under the core theme "Liquid Cooling. Infinite Compute. Sustainable Future." The company presented four rack-scale solutions featuring air and liquid cooling technologies designed to address the enterprise shift from Generative AI to Agentic AI.

The first solution integrates twelve G4826Z5 liquid-cooled AI servers, packing up to 96 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs and dual AMD EPYC processors in a 52U high-density rack configuration. This achieves 50 percent greater GPU density compared to standard 48U racks while reducing power consumption through advanced cold plates and a cooling distribution unit.

A second solution houses four G8825Z5 units tailored for AI training and inference, with hardware configured to support up to 32 AMD Instinct MI350X GPUs, delivering high-density computing power in a full rack.

The C2811Z5 system complies with OCP ORv3 standards and is designed for standardized internet data centers, hyperscale public clouds, and HPC applications. Its modularized power, networking, and thermal designs maximize deployment flexibility and reduce maintenance costs.

A fourth solution for data storage integrates the DDN Infinia Intelligent AI Data Platform. The hardware-software integration eliminates end-to-end data bottlenecks and accelerates model inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic AI workflows.

Beyond rack solutions, MiTAC Computing presented advanced server platforms including systems powered by Intel Xeon 6 processors supporting up to 8,192GB of DDR5-6400 memory and eight dual-slot GPUs, as well as platforms built on AMD EPYC 9005 series processors designed for energy efficiency and sustained high-performance computing. The company also showcased a 2U dual-socket storage-optimized server supporting thirty-two hot-swappable NVMe E3.S drive bays with PCIe Gen5 bandwidth and redundant 2,000W power supplies.
