Al-Moammar Information Systems Company has received its first work order under its HUMAIN agreement, valued at more than 148 percent of the company's total 2025 revenue, including value-added tax.

The company announced on the Saudi Exchange that Work Order No. 1, received on October 1, encompasses engineering, procurement, and construction works for a 50-megawatt capacity data center dedicated to artificial intelligence technologies. The financial impact began in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026.

The work order was issued under an agreement signed with HUMAIN last September, which carries a total value exceeding 689 percent of the company's 2025 revenue, including value-added tax. The agreement encompasses an expansion of the project scope from 50 megawatts to 250 megawatts, with the full scope to be executed through multiple work orders.

Al-Moammar will announce each subsequent work order upon receipt, disclosing its value, implementation timeline, and financial impact. The company expects to receive additional work orders as the project expands and will update the market on any material developments.
