CPC (Colder Products Company) launched Everis DC Full-Flow connectors optimized for AI datacenter high-performance cooling.
DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Aug. 5, 2026 — CPC (Colder Products Company), a leading manufacturer of connection technologies for electronic liquid cooling and a business unit of PSG, a Dover company, has launched the Everis DC Series. This family of full-flow connectors is engineered to meet the escalating thermal demands of artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing infrastructure.
As the thermal design power (TDP) of modern compute platforms rises, system engineers increasingly rely on advanced liquid cooling to manage higher heat loads. Designed specifically for AI workloads, the Everis DC in-line connector features a full-flow architecture that reduces pressure drop by up to 90% compared to similarly sized valved connectors, significantly improving cooling efficiency in space-constrained environments.
“With a growing focus on power consumption, hyperscale customers want solutions that minimize the draw from pumps and coolant distribution units (CDUs),” said Patrick Gerst, general manager of CPC’s thermal business unit. “As a full-flow connector, the Everis DC facilitates more effective coolant flow, helping data center customers improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.”
Unlike traditional valved connectors, Everis DC Series fittings integrate directly into cold plates or manifolds to maximize space utilization. Their reduced height profile also accommodates compact 1U tray form factors widely used in high-density server deployments.
The Everis DC product line offers both in-line and elbow configurations, featuring a swivel design that provides greater installation flexibility than traditional hard-plumbed alternatives. Constructed from 304 stainless steel for broad material compatibility, each connector is assembled in cleanroom environments to ensure suitability for high-purity liquid cooling systems.
“As a trusted technology partner to leading chip manufacturers and cooling integrators, we continue to advance our liquid cooling solutions to meet the complex and rapidly evolving needs of the market,” Gerst added. “Our goal is to help optimize cooling efficiency today and for next-generation compute platforms.”
The Everis DC series expands CPC’s existing liquid cooling portfolio, which includes the UQD and LQ connector families. Each product reflects the company’s commitment to quality, backed by rigorous component testing and global engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
CPC will exhibit the Everis DC series at the Open Compute Project (OCP) APAC Summit, a premier industry event for open data center infrastructure, on August 11–12 in Taipei, Taiwan.
