Chayora Limited, a leading developer and operator of hyperscale data center campuses in China, has unveiled a new Beijing office located in the central business district at Prosper Center. The new office has tripled in size compared to its previous space, offering partners and customers more convenient access. This expansion comes as part of Chayora's broader commitment to strengthen its presence and support continued business growth in the region.

The Beijing office opening represents the latest milestone in a significant year for the company. In 2023 alone, Chayora opened its newest data center campus in Shanghai and introduced a new leadership team. With this additional investment in China's capital city, the company is positioning itself to meet growing regional customer demand for critical IT infrastructure capable of supporting latency-sensitive content, large-scale cloud deployments, and high-density AI workloads.

China represents a substantial opportunity for infrastructure providers. The country's data center market was valued at $13 billion in 2020 and is expected to reach $36 billion by 2026, making it the world's fastest-growing data center market. Beijing, with a population of 22 million, has established itself as one of Asia's most important economic, commercial, and communications centers, further reinforcing the strategic value of the company's regional expansion.

According to company leadership, "Chayora remains focused on and committed to the China Market, working to create a limitless and sustainable digital future for our customers. Enterprises and tech companies in China, especially the large internet and content providers, demand reliable and scalable data center infrastructure to fuel their customers' demands. Our significant growth sets the stage for the next critical phase of Chayora's regional development and fuels further customer expansions. Chayora is also uniquely focused to" advance its capabilities within this strategic market.
