Jericho Energy Ventures has positioned itself as an AI data center developer anchored by an energy-backed campus platform in central Oklahoma. The company's flagship Black Bear site spans 6,000–10,000 acres and is supported by on-site 345 kV transmission infrastructure, with a stated 153–2,646 MW power pathway.

The campus infrastructure plan centers on multi-source gas sourced on property with up to five days of storage capacity. Water availability reaches 5 MGD, and the site features carrier-diverse fiber connectivity.

Jericho Energy Ventures has established a strategic partnership with Comstock through Oklahoma AI Ventures to handle land assembly and campus development. JEV holds approximately a 25% effective interest in the venture. Comstock's financial commitments are described at up to approximately US$10 million, including US$1.5 million in equity in JEV, US$2.75 million to the joint venture, and up to US$5.75 million over time.
