CleanCore Solutions closed a $100 million equity raise and is rebranding as Zone Frontier Inc. to focus on developing AI

CleanCore Solutions, Inc. (NYSE American: ZONE) announced the closing of its $100 million public equity raise on August 13, 2026. The company is transitioning into a pure-play developer of power-first AI infrastructure, moving from the development phase into execution for its Minnesota data center campus.

The company previously announced a definitive agreement with Cerebras Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBRS) for the Minnesota campus, representing approximately $800 million of contracted value over the initial 10-year term. If all available renewal options are exercised, the aggregate contract value could exceed $3 billion.

Following the equity raise closing, CleanCore has approximately $140 million of project equity capital funded or committed for the Minnesota campus, including net proceeds from the equity raise and proceeds from the sale of its Dogecoin holdings. The company expects remaining project capitalization to come from project-level debt financing, operational cash flow, and other non-dilutive amounts contractually provided under project agreements.
