Hyperscale Data is deploying approximately 100 Bitcoin and establishing a Bitcoin-backed credit facility to fund develop
Hyperscale Data, Inc., an artificial intelligence data center company listed on NYSE American under ticker GPUS, announced on July 30, 2026 that it is selectively deploying a portion of its Bitcoin treasury to finance construction of its Michigan AI data center campus and establish a credit facility secured by Bitcoin holdings.
The company has monetized approximately 100 Bitcoin from its treasury and is investing the proceeds directly into the Michigan Campus. Additionally, Hyperscale Data has established a credit facility allowing it to borrow capital at variable interest rates expected to range from approximately 4.5 percent to 5.0 percent, with Bitcoin serving as collateral for repayment.
The Michigan Campus development is anchored by a previously announced master services agreement with a leading neo-cloud AI infrastructure provider. The agreement has an initial ten-year term with two five-year extension options that may be exercised by the customer. Initially, the MSA contemplates approximately 20 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity and is expected to generate in excess of 1.2 billion dollars in revenue. The agreement also provides the customer with the right to an additional 32 megawatts of critical AI compute capacity which, if exercised within the first two years of the initial term and continued through the extension options, would result in total contract revenue in excess of 3.0 billion dollars.
Hyperscale Data's Bitcoin treasury currently stands at approximately 71 million dollars accumulated through mining operations and disciplined treasury management. Executive Chairman Milton Todd Ault III stated that the Bitcoin treasury represents one of the company's most valuable strategic assets and a significant source of financial flexibility. Chief Executive Officer William Horne emphasized that this strategy has the potential to reduce future stockholder dilution while accelerating Michigan Campus construction and that the company intends to maintain meaningful Bitcoin ownership and preserve financial flexibility.
The company plans to continue evaluating the appropriate balance among holding Bitcoin, utilizing Bitcoin-backed financing and selectively deploying Bitcoin capital to support high-return strategic investments. Hyperscale Data owns and operates data centers through its wholly owned subsidiary Sentinum, Inc., which provides mining, colocation and hosting services. The company currently expects to divest its subsidiary Ault Capital Group in the second quarter of 2027.
