Driaan du Toit, chief executive officer of AirPro Diagnostics, will serve as chief executive officer of the combined company, while Adi Bathla, chief executive officer and co-founder of Revv, will take on the role of president and chief innovation officer and join the board of directors. Bathla co-founded Revv in 2022 after recognizing the industry’s lack of preparation for increasing ADAS repair complexity.
